They're often used for smaller group events that are less formal, such as birthday parties and wedding and baby showers. Bungalows
We now feature five casual-chic bungalow rooms & suites right on the beach with decks right on the sand. These are reserved for day use, providing groups an oceanfront base camp while entertaining, surfing and making the most of Laguna Beach. Each bungalow can accommodate eight guests and has immediate access to the sand, surf and The Deck restaurant bar.
Bungalows are fully-furnished with a sitting area, private bathroom with shower, air-conditioning, stocked mini bar and refrigerator, flat-screen TV, CD/MP3 stereo, and deck lounge furniture, including day beds. Plus, there are impeccable services via your own Beach Sherpa and Bungalow Host, who will coordinate all your food and beverage needs, beach activities, water sports, even Laguna Beach gallery tours.
These bungalows are ideal for the active social gathering that wants to be on the beach and close to the lively scene of The Deck.

The Villa
This former private beach home recently underwent a million dollar renovation and is available for the ultimate Laguna Beach social event and overnight stays.
The Villa's upper floors can be reserved as a two-level “presidential suite on the beach” and are decorated with casual beach-chic furnishings and art. The top floor features a master suite overlooking the Pacific and an additional bedroom, with a central staircase leading to the living and dining areas below. This suite can host dinners for eight people and larger receptions.
The ground floor is available for events year round and features a working fireplace, private terraces and a parking garage reserved for you and your guests.
Villa accommodations attract groups who want the luxury and space of a private beach residence coupled with access to the adjacent, buzzing Deck restaurant and bar.

Green Room
The Villa's beachside first floor, aka the Green Room, is now available for private events year round. The space features plush seating, plank floors, artful furnishings, full-size meeting or dining tables, wood burning fireplace, and a parking garage reserved for you and your guests. The Green Room's French Doors open onto the always-lively Deck restaurant and bar, which provides full-catering. Both spaces can also be reserved together, creating an epic indoor/outdoor environment for an on-the-beach event or reception.

The Deck
If you'd like your occasion to become part of Laguna Beach lore, The Deck restaurant can be rented for group events. The Deck is the only open-air, beachside restaurant in Laguna Beach and its plank flooring is suspended over the sand steps from the surf, which at high tide can wash ashore right below your feet.
When you book The Deck, the eatery's staff will custom-design a menu and drink program for your event. The space is ideal for casual, fun receptions that call for an outdoor, right-on-the-beach setting.

The Beach House Restaurant
The former 1920's beach home of Hollywood character actor Slim Summerville (All Quiet on the Western Front, Tobacco Road), The Beach House is the hotel's signature restaurant and offers an unforgettable Laguna Beach dining experience that's part history, part gourmet California cuisine.
The restaurant features a private dining room for group events of up to 60 people, ideal for rehearsal dinners, anniversaries and other special meals. Expect the freshest fish, shellfish and certified beef available, an extensive wine list, and views of what some consider the OC's most dramatic sunsets.
