What time is check-in/ check-out?

  • Check-in: 4PM
    Check-out: 11AM
    Early check-in and late check-out is based on availability for an additional fee

Is there a deposit at check-in?

  • Upon check-in we require a credit card hold of $100 for security and incidentals. If there are no charges billed to the room (room service, restaurant/bar, upgrade, etc.) or damages to the room, the full amount will be released on the day of departure. For domestic credit cards it can take 3-7 business days for the hold to be released. For international credit cards it can take 10-20 business days for the hold to be released. If using a debit card, it could take longer for the funds to be released by the bank. Cash is not accepted as a form of deposit.

How can I pay for my reservation?

  • Deposits are taken at check-in. Payment will be taken in full at the time of check out. Please contact the hotel if you would like additional pre-payment details, (949)494-8566.

What is the minimum age for check in?

  • 21 years of age. All guests under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

What is the Facility Fee?

  • The daily facility fee of $30.00 plus taxes, is a mandatory hotel fee applied to all guest reservations. The fee includes premium Wi-Fi, unlimited domestic calls and beach lounge chair setup.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

  • We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. If smoking is located anywhere in the hotel, there is a non-refundable penalty charge of $250 per smoking.

Is the hotel Pet friendly?

  • We welcome furry friends. There is a one-time pet fee of $100 per pet. Dogs must be under 85lbs.

Does the hotel have parking?

  • The hotel does not offer self-parking. We provide only valet parking. The nightly cost is $45. Our Parking Package offers a great savings for both room rate and parking, please visit our offer page.

Does the hotel offer daily room cleaning?

  • We will gladly service your room upon request.

Does the hotel offer Room Service?

  • Room service is available daily from 9am-9pm

Is there Luggage storage?

  • Luggage storage is available. Please see the receptionist for assistance.

Is there a coffee maker and a refrigerator in the room?

  • We provide refrigerators in all of our rooms, along with Keurig coffee makers.

Does the hotel have cribs available?

  • Cribs are available. These can be requested at the time of check-in.

Does the hotel have roll away beds available?

  • Certain rooms are not able to accommodate rollaway beds, please confirm the receptionist at the time of check-in.

Is Wi-Fi Included?

  • Premium Wi-Fi is included in the daily facility fee.

Is there a fitness center?

  • We do not have a fitness center on site. Please see the Front Desk for local gym offerings.

Is there is business center?

  • We do not have a business center on the property.

Is there a concierge?

  • We do not have concierges on-site however our front desk will gladly assist with any of our guest needs and requests.

Can I have a package sent to the hotel?

  • We will gladly accept packages on our guest’s behalf. Please have “Guest Name” addressed on package. We suggest you contact the hotel in advance to let them know that you will be expecting a package.
