The indoor private living room includes a couch and seating area, flat screen TV, AC, and private bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio includes lounge furniture an umbrella, and 1 heater.

Private Beachfront Bungalows
- Fully private bungalow accommodating up to 15 guests, featuring an indoor lounge space and an outdoor beachfront patio deck.
- Ideal for a relaxed all-day coastal retreat (11:00am–8:00pm) or an elevated private event of up to 5 hours.
- Multiple bungalows may be combined to accommodate larger gatherings and create a seamless beachfront event experience.
- Day-use experience only (not an overnight guestroom).
